Deep Dive Team Sessions include group training and breakout discussions that will inspire and motivate your team to learn and adopt new perspectives. Your team will leave our session with a playbook of goals and strategies to help achieve a cohesive culture, as well as a deeper understanding of each member’s unique value. This format is best suited for a vertical team that works together or a horizontal management team that reports to common leadership.

Each Study Group is capped at 4 participants and consists of three virtual or in-person meetings.
